Relevant CEIS Experience
CEIS's first hyperscale engagement began with safety support and later expanded into project controls and quality across a program of eight buildings over approximately six years.
The project illustrates the value of controls when field conditions force significant execution changes. Geotechnical conditions required a foundation redesign, which changed civil means and methods and affected the broader construction plan.
CEIS supported the Rio Rancho semiconductor expansion with safety and project controls, including schedulers. The program doubled production capacity over approximately four years.
Although this was a semiconductor fabrication project rather than a data center, it reflects the same need for disciplined schedule, resource and field coordination on complex mission critical construction.
