Apply NowOne Tech Engineering is searching for a Construction Supervisor for a position located in Denver, Colorado, with travel across the state.
The Construction Supervisor will oversee safety, quality, schedule and contract compliance on hydro and heavy civil construction projects.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens or green card holders and should have at least five years of prior civil construction supervision experience.
This field-focused role provides construction oversight, assurance and coordination while monitoring contractor performance against drawings, specifications, safety requirements, quality expectations and project schedules.
Five or more years supervising field activities on civil or heavy infrastructure construction projects.
Ability to monitor contractor work, coordinate stakeholders and verify compliance throughout construction.
Strong background in concrete, underground construction or comparable heavy civil work.
Experience in hydroelectric, FERC-regulated or government infrastructure environments is particularly valuable.
Experience supporting hydroelectric construction and regulated infrastructure environments is preferred.
Dam and similar large civil infrastructure experience is directly relevant to this role.
Bridge construction experience can provide relevant large-scale civil field supervision.
Tunnel and underground infrastructure construction experience is preferred.
Mining or similar technically complex civil construction experience is relevant.
Direct experience with concrete and underground construction is specifically requested.
