Apply NowOne Tech Engineering is searching for a Construction Supervisor for a wind repower project located in Rolla, North Dakota.
The Construction Supervisor is responsible for planning, oversight and coordination to ensure the civil scope of the wind repower project is managed effectively.
The role oversees civil contractors, access roads, crane pads, turnarounds, road-use compliance, land-rights coordination, environmental protection and site restoration.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens or green card holders and should have three to seven years of experience in civil aspects of renewable projects, particularly wind projects.
This role leads the civil field scope of a wind repower project, coordinating contractor execution while protecting roads, land, infrastructure, neighboring properties and environmental resources.
Three to seven years supporting civil construction on renewable projects, preferably wind.
Ability to manage civil contractors, daily activities, meetings and site-quality expectations.
Experience working with land-rights, siting and environmental stakeholders during active construction.
Strong communication with contractors, neighbors, stakeholders and internal project teams.
Ensure project activities comply with applicable road-use agreements and related civil requirements.
Coordinate with internal siting and land-rights resources to confirm construction activities are authorized.
Work with environmental teams to reduce impacts to infrastructure, fields and neighboring properties.
Coordinate contractor activities, daily plans, field meetings and upcoming civil work.
Inspect field construction for quality, civil compliance and alignment with project requirements.
Maintain respectful communication with neighboring landowners and other project stakeholders.
