One Tech Engineering is searching for a Stakeholder Management Services Department Manager for a position located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The Department Manager will shape and execute the practice's vision and strategy, drive business development, oversee project delivery and provide overall leadership for continued growth and success.

The position is responsible for department financial performance, budgets, staff utilization, workload planning, safety, quality, technical excellence, proposals and customer-retention strategy.

The manager will also recruit, develop, train and retain staff while identifying emerging leaders, guiding career development and successfully managing organizational change.

This department leadership role combines strategic planning, profitable growth, business development, financial management, project delivery, staff utilization, safety, quality, technical leadership and people development.

Department Manager Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop department business strategies.
  • Direct implementation of operational strategies and procedures.
  • Develop marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Develop sales and customer-retention strategies.

  • Drive profitable growth across the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Geology, Engineering or a related field.
  • Degree must be from an accredited program.
  • Seven years of related professional experience.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
